Built in 1915

Abandoned in 1999
This classic swimming pool was built during the WWI to keep the local workers out of the German factories. The pool was built with a beautiful glass roof that was removed several years ago for a normal straight roof. Despite of the missing glass roof there is still enough architectural art to see. The beautiful painted tiles, the rescuer statue, made in 1919 and the many wood sculpture works.
The city has no plans with the pool, to bad; this beauty has to be saved for the future.
